Ross has been in the driving recruitment sector for over 20 years and started Wright Staff Recruitment in 2006. The business model was based on providing an honest, and efficient approach towards the driving recruitment sector. Using his skills honed during his time as a Trainee Recruiter post university, Ross was able to hit the ground running very early on. Fast forward, over a 15+ year timespan the company now boasts a £3 million turnover and it’s still growing.
