The business model was based on providing an honest, and efficient approach towards the driving recruitment sector. Using his skills honed during his time as a Trainee Recruiter post university, Ross was able to hit the ground running very early on. Fast forward, over a 15+ year timespan the company now boasts a £3 million turnover and it’s still growing.
