Resourcing Manager
Kim provides a thorough approach for both resourcing and day to day operation of Wright Training.
Kim has been with Wright Staff for over 7 years and has progressed from a part time Administrator all the way to starting the Resourcing Department. She manages the Resourcing Team by leading them on how to find and recruit the best driving talent in line with the current requirements.
Kim is also the main point of contact at Wright Training and is responsible for upskilling all internal and external drivers, whether it be CPC training or physical upgrades, such as IPAF, MOFFETT, ADR or Hiab.
