CNC Mill Setter Operator Programmer

Job Title: CNC Mill Programmer/Setter/Operator
Location: Worcester

• Flexible working hours
• 39-hour work week with the possibility of overtime (paid at 1.5 times the base rate)
• Four weeks of fully paid sick leave, two weeks of half pay
• Competitive salary

Our client is looking for a skilled CNC Mill Programmer/Setter/Operator to join their team. Experience with Hurco machines and WinMax is advantageous, but not essential, as training can be provided.
Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set, and operate CNC mills independently
• Collaborate effectively with the team
• Ensure high-quality production standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience with CNC programming, setting and operating milling machines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Advantageous skills & experience
Cad/Cam programming experience a distinct advantage
