Class 1 Night Driver

Job Title: Class 1 Night Drivers – Ongoing Work
Location: Tewkesbury
Job Type: Full Time, Ongoing, Temp to Perm
Pay Rate (PAYE): £16.85 per hour Monday – Friday and £19.75 Sunday and B/H

Perm wage with client: £42,646.97 per annum + driving safety bonus of £20 per week PAYE

Our Tewkesbury-based client is currently looking for Class 1 Night Drivers for nationwide delivery of chilled products. This is an ongoing opportunity with the potential to become permanent.

Commutable Distance: Candidates must already live in the UK and within a 25 mile radius to Tewkesbury, to ensure they can meet the operational needs of the role.

Job Details

• 4 x 12-hour night shifts per week
• Set 4-week rolling shift pattern
• Sunday to Friday nights – No shift on Saturday nights
• Ongoing contract
• Potential permanent role after qualifying period (8-12 weeks)
• Opportunity for to make more money doing extra shifts on rest days (every other week)
• PAYE only – no umbrella payments (holiday pay included)
• Immediate starts available

Requirements

• New pass drivers considered– full training and career development provided
• Maximum 6 penalty points on licence
• No DR, IN or DD endorsements
• Reliable and professional approach to night work
