Wright Staff is currently seeking Van Delivery Drivers to join our growing team in and around the Pershore area. We work with a range of clients across the Wychavon district, offering varied and flexible delivery roles.

The Role:

• Shifts available 1 to 5 days per week
• Start times between 04:00 – 07:00, Monday to Friday
• Roles include single-drop and multi-drop deliveries
• Mix of single-person and two-person team deliveries
• Clients based across Wychavon, so own transport is essential

Pay & Benefits:

• £12.71 – £14.00 per hour PAYE, depending on client and shift
• Holiday pay accrued up to 28 days per year (pro rata)
• Regular, ongoing work with flexible scheduling
• Supportive team and varied delivery environments

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of commercial van driving experience
• Maximum 6 penalty points (no DR10 endorsements)
• Able to lift and handle goods safely
• Professional, flexible, and reliable attitude
• Comfortable using tablets or handheld devices for delivery management
• Own transport required due to client locations
