HGV Drivers Wanted – Adhoc Shifts | Birmingham Area | Wright Staff Recruitment

Wright Staff Recruitment are currently seeking Adhoc Class 1 and Class 2 HGV Drivers to support our clients across the Birmingham area.

This is an opportunity ideal for drivers who are semi-retired, looking for temporary work or looking to pick up extra shifts during the week/weekends. We work hard to match you with as much work as possible based on your availability.

What We’re Looking For:

A professional attitude with excellent communication skills

Strong time management and the ability to prioritise tasks

A solid commitment to safe working practices

Valid HGV licence (Class 1 or Class 2), CPC, and Tacho card

Pay Rates (Per Hour):

Class 1 Drivers

Monday–Friday (Days): £17

Monday–Friday (Nights): £18

Weekends: £20–£21

Class 2 Drivers

Monday–Friday (Days): £15

Monday–Friday (Nights): £16

Weekends: £18–£19

Note: These are our standard rates. Pay may vary slightly depending on the client.

Important:

This is an adhoc role – daily work is not guaranteed, but we aim to provide you with regular shifts based on client demand and your availability.
